Library - Information for non-Roosevelt Patrons
Library
All patrons (students, faculty, staff) who are members of ILCSO schools may use the library collection and facilities with the following
limitations:

All reference materials are in-house use only. This includes all complete works sets and monuments of music (call numbers with a MREF prefix, or in the M1-M3
range)

All recordings are in-house use
only

Periodicals are in-house use
only

Materials may be removed to the 10th floor library for photocopying. Library staff may ask to hold a school ID or driver’s license while the material is
out
Most books and scores will circulate to ILCSO members who present a valid ID or library
card
Patrons with no affiliation with Roosevelt University or any ILCSO school may use the library collection in-house only, and the staff may ask to hold an ID while library materials are being used.
Universal Borrowing
At present, music materials at the Roosevelt University Library are
not available through Illinet Online’s Universal Borrowing feature. Materials
may be requested on interlibrary loan through OCLC, or by calling the
Performing Arts Library at 312-341-3651.
